Return Policy

Review all item descriptions and photos before purchasing.

Please send a note to carriedcharm@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order if a cancellation is desired.

All items are carefully inspected during the construction process and before shipping.

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of handmade items, Carried Charm does not accept returns or exchanges.  However, should you have a concern about your item regarding the construction or a defect, please send a description and photos of the concern to carriedcharm@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Carried Charm will initiate an evaluation for a refund.  The item must remain unused and in its original condition to remain eligible for a refund.  If approved to send back to Carried Charm, the item will have a final inspection once received.  After final inspection and approval, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
